Fruit bump

Love the game,BUT I get to a certain level and it will freeze up.... Nothing will open it,so I deleted it and makes me start from the beginning again???? Ive restarted this app 3 times now,and getting fed up with having to restart every time ???? Could you please help me with this issue.....
